Tuesday Noon Bible Study

The Rev. Whayne Hougland, Jr. leads folk in an African style Bible Study each Tuesday in the Parish Hall. The Bible Study starts at 12:00 pm; bring a sack lunch and a Bible.

Confirmation / Inquirers Class

Confirmation or Inquirers Classes take place on an annual basis preceding the Bishop’s visitation. “Confirmation is the sacramental rite in which the candidates ‘express a mature commitment to Christ, and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop’ (BCP, p. 860).”—From An Episcopal Dictionary of the Church, Don S. Armentrout, Robert Boak Slocum, editors. Confirmation / Inquirers Classes guide those interested in becoming members of the Episcopal Church or learning more about the church in their knowledge of the church. For more information about Confirmation / Inquirers Classes contact the Parish Office.
